Limited capacity event with educational grants available for selected participants
Participation is limited to 30 selected delegates for a maximum of 50 participants overall, including Faculty. Early application is strongly recommended.
Who Should Apply
Participants will be carefully selected based on:
- Demonstrated clinical or research involvement in optic nerve disorders
- Active role in diagnosis, management, or research within their institution
- Potential to contribute to and benefit from high-level peer-to-peer exchange
- Review of their professional curriculum vitae (CV), which must be submitted during the application process
The Forum is designed for highly engaged clinicians and experts, with the aim of fostering meaningful discussion, experience sharing, and practical clinical alignment.
Financial Support Available
To support the participation of selected neurologists, ophthalmologists, and other relevant specialists from international institutions, a limited number of full Educational Grants are available.
Industry Representative Attendance Policy
The Optic Nerve Forum 2026 is a primarily educational initiative designed for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), researchers, and experts. While industry representatives are welcome to attend, their participation is strictly regulated to preserve scientific integrity.
Note: In accordance with ECM regulations, access to scientific sessions will be limited for industry representatives. A maximum of two representatives per company at any given time will be allowed inside the conference room during accredited sessions.
